We are a family run small business.  Have a look below to meet the team (and the “helpers”)

Adrian:  That’s me.  I’m the head chef and proprietor of Blue Sheep.  I have 20 years experience working in various catering establishments around Suffolk, Norfolk and Cumbria.  I am classically trained, gaining my Chef qualifications at Suffolk College in Ipswich.  I like good honest home cooked food using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients where possible.

Gwen:  My wife.  Gwen takes care of my administration and makes sure that I am kept in line.  She also helps with waiteressing for larger functions and taste testing any of my experiments.

Bethany:  My eldest daughter.  She is my assistant in the kitchen and also waitresses for me when needed

Chloe:  My youngest daughter.  She is the foreman; She makes sure that everything is done right

Cassie:  She is the official taster of experiments gone wrong.  Although not strictly part of the team, I couldn’t not include her.
