Christmas menu – personal chef services

Christmas – everyone’s favourite time of year?  Why not take some of the stress out of what can be the most stressful time by taking a look at our christmas menu and letting us help you organise your dinner party.  We can also supply you with Christmas puddings, cakes, mince pies and other festive fares.

Our Christmas menu is available from 26th November until 22nd December 2017 inclusive.  Please see below for our menu this year.

As with all our other personal chef services, we will come to you, cook, serve and clear away your meal, making sure your kitchen is spotless before we leave.

Christmas menu

Selection of canapés and a glass of bubbly on arrival

Starters:

Brie and Cranberry Tarts
Slices of Brie with homemade Cranberry sauce in a Filo pastry tart served with Rocket leaves and a balsamic dressing

Classic Prawn Cocktail
Atlantic Prawns cloaked in our own seafood sauce served on a bed of lettuce

Cream of Tomato Soup
Our homemade soup served with Garlic and Parmesan Croutons

Main Course:

Traditional Roast Turkey
Roast Turkey crown served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, cranberry or bread sauce, sage and onion stuffing and pig in blanket

Three Bone Rack of Lamb
served with a redcurrant and port sauce

Salmon En-Croute
Salmon Fillet wrapped in pastry with a cream cheese, spinach and dill filling

Roasted Winter Vegetable Gratin
Roasted winter vegetables, bound in a creamy wine and cheese sauce, topped with parmesan cheese and browned under the grill

Field Mushroom and Stilton Wellington
with a red wine and shallot sauce

All the above are served with roast and new potatoes, and seasonal vegetables

Desserts:

Homemade Christmas Pudding
Flamed at your table and served with brandy sauce or double cream

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cheesecake
Served with whipped cream and chocolate curls

Homemade Profiteroles
Filled with Chantilly cream and served with chocolate sauce

Selection of 4 local cheeses
Served with crackers, grapes and plum chutney

And for after Dinner:
Freshly ground coffee served with homemade mince pies
